Community Alarm & Monitoring Service
Click here for more information on the community alarm & monitoring service
The lifeline alarm is available to everyone, each alarm becomes dedicated to the user and is connected to Tunstall Response through the use of a neck/wrist pendant or panic button on the central unit, which is connected to the telephone.
When the button is pressed, an alarm notifies our highly trained team of staff at our response centre, who will be able to access the details of the person calling at the touch of a button. The details can include next of kin, doctor’s details, any special illness they may have. The response centre staff will act swiftly to resolve the emergency; this can be contacting the emergency services, calling their nominated key holders or our own team of Community Support Co-ordinators.
