Dane is dedicated to helping older and disabled people within our community, by providing a high quality personal service - a home for life with the added bonus of ongoing reviews of support needs.

We offer sheltered accommodation which is a real home for our residents, not just somewhere to live. You and your relatives can have peace of mind, with the reassurance of our 24-hour Community Alarm Service, Telecare and individual visits from our experienced staff, which all adds up to making our homes a safer living environment for older and vulnerable people.

Community Alarm Service provides...

  • an individual alarm and pendant for each customer
  • 24 hour monitoring linked to our response centre 
  • out of hours emergency services
  • a choice of other support services

Telecare

Telecare's additional sensors enable our residents or private homeowners to remain at home for longer; giving family and friends much needed support through the use of innovative technology, which includes the following :

  • door exit alarms
  • bed sensors (to detect not returning to bed during the night) 
  • flood sensors
  • heat sensors
  • carbon monoxide sensor
  • fall detector
