We understand that sometimes our residents may have difficulty paying their rent, perhaps due to a change in circumstances, or because they are trying to juggle other debts.

In recognition of this Dane offers a range of services, aiming to help our residents maximise their income.

If you would like to discuss your rent account, or any difficulties you may be experiencing please contact a member of our Income Maximisation Team. All enquires will be treated in a sensitive and confidential manner and can be discussed over the ‘phone, at our office, or if you prefer we are able to make home visits.
