We at Dane know how important it is for our residents to feel proud of their home and surrounding area, and know have a key role to play by looking after the hedges, grass and shrubs on our communal spaces around your home. To help us with this, we employ a specialist team, so if you would like more information click here for details on our grounds maintenance programme.

Our Estate Management monitoring helps to ensure  that we provide a high quality environment for residents. This includes the following aspects:

- maintenance of communal areas eg. cleaning.

- grounds maintenance.

- identify unsightly areas due to graffiti, vandalism and fly tipping.

- walkabouts with other partner organisations to help them meet their obligations eg. street lighting and cleaning.

Your Neighbourhood Officer carries out monthly neighbourhood inspections and takes appropriate action to resolve issues. Residents are encouraged to be involved in these inspections and if you are interested, please contact your Neighbourhood Offiicer by clicking here for their contact details.
