About The Contact Centre

 

In July 2007 we introduced a customer contact centre, which consists of a team of advisors who are trained to assist you with your housing enquiry, repair to your property, general advice and lots more. Sometimes we will transfer you for specialist advice and help to an appropriate department.

The customer contact centre team are able to offer a quality service that ensures your query is answered; however if a member of staff you wish to speak to is not available immediately we can still assist, by putting an  email message on our  specialist I.T system, to request a call back to you.

We also capture information on your call so we have the background readily to hand when you call again.

The contact centre staff are also responsible for reception which has a play desk for children to keep them entertained while we help you.
