Welcome to The Dane Housing Group Ltd

Plus Housing Group and Dane Housing Group have joined together to create the Plus Dane Group, which launched in July 2008. Our organisation has over 15,000 homes in ownership and management across Merseyside and Cheshire, employing over 400 people.

Plus Dane Group works in a unique and innovative way, describing its business as that of a ‘neighbourhood investor’.

Dane Housing Group is part of this new organisation. As part of a larger group, we can do more for your home and neighbourhood and provide better value for money. The seven promises we are making as part of our new business are:

Local people will have a big say in how we run our new business. A series of Neighbourhood Forums will prioritise investment at a local level and hold our organisation accountable to the people that really matter – you.
